Listening

Rather than worry about the specific things your competitors are doing, take a look at what you are currently providing to your customers. Do you provide them with value? Create opportunities to learn about what your customers need so that you refine your company's products or services.  

Organizations that can keep pace with rapidly changing customer wants and desires will be in the best position to compete with other businesses. In order to stay relevant, organizations of the future will need to develop the capacity to listen.
