Integrated, collaborative, and a bottom-up leadership approach:

• Relaxed
• Flexible
• Effective

I’ll take the latter any day.

A bottom-up approach is grounded in the belief that those closest to the work are best positioned to identify the most efficient solutions and innovations. It moves the bureaucracy out of the way.
