One of the most creative people I’ve ever encountered was shockingly unassuming.

She didn’t stand out in large groups but seemed to have a way of working with people that made things click into place.

She asked good questions, quietly and intently observing her surroundings, and interjecting as needed.

I quickly learned that the best ideas often come from those who are not eager to be noticed but simply ask the right questions.

While others looked to certain individuals for answers, this person flew under the radar and sparked innovation among us all.
