Hey, I like what you wrote!

I’m going through the same thing, I know what you mean.

Wow, I’ve never thought about it that way.

Great work, keep it up!

I like what you are doing!

A few words at the right moment can make all the difference in the world to someone. Especially if they have had their head down and have been grinding away on a project, startup, or some new initiative. Good leaders seem to have a knack at injecting the right words at the right time that can help keep an organization moving. Like oil in an engine, a word here or there can reduce friction.

Pushing people forward has been one of the more interesting aspects of my creative career and I’m excited to see people working in business doing the same. Not expecting anything in return is freedom. There may be a point where you are paid back directly, indirectly, or not all by someone, but having no expectations opens up new possibilities to start dialogues and strive to create something new.

Why does a push matter?

In addition to helping someone shoulder a load, it helps people validate what they are doing, gain traction, and ultimately build momentum.
