I struggled for years to find my leadership voice, essentially to get people to listen to me. It began to come naturally once I started creating something I truly believed in.

My journey started with a small part of a project I was responsible for, which then expanded to managing full projects, running a blog, and eventually starting my own business.

I’ve learned that once you begin “making,” momentum and attention start to gravitate toward you. It’s not about being the loudest voice in the room but being the most authentic one. When you create something with passion and belief, people are naturally drawn to it. They want to be a part of something bigger than themselves.
